Job summary

Therapy Point Pty Ltd in Seven Hills, NSW 2147 is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high quality therapeutic services to our paediatric clients in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in paediatric.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities including mentoring.
• Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists as required.
