Job summary

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the General Medicine team at Modbury Hospital on a full-time contract through to 7 April 2028. You will deliver high-quality OT assessments and interventions for a diverse adult inpatients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize discharge planning and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Acute hospital experience or sub-acute settings mandatory.
• Experience with General Medicine inpatient assessments.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and students.
• Knowledge of SA Health safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT assessments and intervention for General Medicine inpatients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, patient-centred intervention plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to junior OT staff and students.
• Contribute to service improvement and Allied Health projects within NALHN.
