The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Organisational Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of how we work. This role is pivotal in workforce planning and organisational design, ensuring our structure and capabilities deliver exceptional service to our clients while driving transformation and innovation.

This is a 12-month fixed term role.

What You’ll Do
  • Design the Future : Define and design job roles for today, tomorrow and beyond, ensuring clarity and alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Build Capability : Develop and embed targeted capability frameworks that contribute towards building a resilient, empowered and adaptable workforce.
  • Drive Transformation : Lead OD interventions that move us from our current state to our bold future vision.
  • Collaborate & Influence : Partner with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps, inform targeted L&D programs, and create career pathways.
  • Champion Talent : Develop leadership and succession programs, optimise talent mapping, and promote internal mobility.
  • Elevate Experience : Ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right jobs; enhance engagement, and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Strategic Influence : Work side‑by‑side with senior leaders across the business, ensuring your frameworks and ideas shape our culture and success for years to come.
  • High Impact : Your work will directly contribute towards achieving our business strategy, driving transformation, and empowering our people to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
Who We’re Looking For
  • A strategic thinker who not only sees the big picture but brings it to life—designing strategies and making them happen.
  • Proven senior‑level experience in organisational development, ideally within consulting or services businesses.
  • Expertise in operating model design, role definition, and capability frameworks.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and building high‑performing teams.
  • Certification in OD methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma) is a plus.
