Job description
Senior Operations Manager (Caboolture Cluster)

In your role as Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the operations and effective delivery of court services within the Caboolture, Pine Rivers, Redcliffe, and Sandgate Magistrates Courts (the Caboolture Cluster), managing registry leaders and a program of work designed to operationalise change, deliver excellence in registry practice and high performing teams. You will provide strong and effective leadership to registries and courthouses, ensuring a supportive and cohesive workplace environment for all staff. You will provide clear direction and support to staff to improve safety, practice, optimise resources and create a continuous improvement culture.

You will engage with judiciary and court stakeholders to provide quality administrative support as well as tailored services for Indigenous communities and vulnerable people involved in the criminal justice system. You will have both a regional and state-wide involvement in driving innovation and pursuing practice improvement through internal and external networks.

As part of the regional leadership group, and in collaboration with colleagues across the state, you will take a strategic outlook and support the Directors to translate CAT's strategic and operational initiatives into registry practices that deliver operational and service improvements within your area of responsibility.
