Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District seeks a Senior Dietitian to deliver advanced nutrition care within the Cancer Wellness Centre, based at NCWC. You will provide high-level clinical nutrition services for inpatients and outpatients across oncology, haematology and palliative care while supporting colleagues and leading service development.

The role emphasizes independent clinical decision-making, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and mentorship of junior dietitians and students

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Eligible for full membership of the Dietitians’ Association of Australia.
• Extensive experience in oncology/haematology/palliative nutrition.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and teaching skills.
• Current driver’s licence (P2) acceptable; willing to travel if required.

Mansioni

• Provide advanced clinical nutrition care to cancer and palliative patients.
• Act as clinical consultant to multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and develop clinical policies/protocols.
• Supervise dietetic students and provide clinical supervision.
