Job summary

Alluring Kitchens is seeking a Senior Kitchen & Renovation Sales Consultant – On Road to meet clients at their properties across metropolitan Adelaide. You will assess spaces, propose practical kitchen solutions and guide projects from initial ideas toward a well-considered renovation.

The role emphasizes genuine kitchen knowledge, sound judgement and confidence in guiding conversations, with ongoing support from drafting, estimating, manufacturing and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience across kitchens, cabinetry, joinery or residential renovations.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design, construction and practical functionality.
• Experience dealing directly with homeowners and understanding renovation requirements.
• Confidence conducting site consultations and taking accurate measurements.
• Understanding cabinetry, benchtops, appliances, finishes and associated trades.
• Recognise potential issues and develop practical solutions.
• Commercial awareness when discussing project scope and client expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage several opportunities at different stages.
• Professional follow-through from initial consultation through to project acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients at their property and understand what they’re trying to achieve.
• Assess the existing space and explore suitable solutions.
• Gather information required to develop the project.
• Remain involved as the proposal comes together and progress projects toward acceptance.
• Be supported by internal drafting, estimating, manufacturing and installation teams.
