Job summary

Belong Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centred care across clinic, telehealth, and community settings in Victoria. You will conduct NDIS assessments, provide therapeutic support, and document outcomes while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive leadership.

The role emphasizes a strong mentorship program, wellbeing initiatives, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative MDT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent is required.
• AHPRA registration or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of OT experience with demonstrated clinical independence.
• Ability to manage caseload and work collaboratively within a MDT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NDIS assessments to determine participant needs.
• Provide therapeutic support to participants and enhance independence.
• Prepare comprehensive clinical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain compliance with medico-legal standards and administrative duties.
