Queensland Government is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to lead clinical education across Logan, Beaudesert, QEII and Redland facilities. You will coordinate education for OT students and new graduates, build confidence, and support professional growth.

You will provide clinical advice, supervision and guidance, collaborate with university partners and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to evidence-based practice and service improvement across Metro South Health.

Formación

• Qualified occupational therapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience with clinical education and supervising students or staff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate service improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support clinical education for OT students and new graduates across Logan, Beaudesert, QEII and Redland facilities.
• Provide clinical advice, supervision and guidance to students and new graduates.
• Collaborate with clinical educators, university partners and multidisciplinary teams to improve education practices.
• Contribute to service improvement and evidence-based clinical education initiatives across Metro South Health.
