The role involves
  • Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programmes to work towards achieving participant outcomes
  • Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
  • Leadership opportunities including providing internal presentations
  • Provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology
  • Providing professional guidance/mentoring to junior clinicians
About You
  • Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
  • 1.5+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Exceptional communication +time management skills, detail oriented
  • Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
