Job summary

Early Start Australia is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Ellenbrook WA clinic. You will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to paediatric and disability caseloads, while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to governance and service improvement.

We offer relocation assistance up to $5,000, structured supervision, an CPD allowance, flexible caseload options including NDIS, private or school-based services, and opportunities through ESA’s Leadership

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience with paediatric and/or disability caseloads preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our established Ellenbrook WAclinic, contributing to a high‑performing multidisciplinary team and providing best-practice clinical outcomes.

About You

You will demonstrate:
