Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and architecture of communication networks (IP/MPLS, MW radio, SDH/PDH).
  • Presenting technical concepts and solutions to clients alongside the sales team.
  • Preparing detailed design documentation, test procedures, and compliance artefacts.
  • Supervising technical teams during factory integration and on-site deployment.
  • Managing subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement and contributing to strategic technical initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in MW radio, SDH/PDH, and IP/MPLS network design and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with routing protocols (MPLS, BGP, LDP, RSVP-TE, L2VPN, VPLS).
  • Familiarity with Nokia MW radio, SDH, and PDH platforms.
  • Cisco CCNA or Juniper JNCIA certification.
  • Exposure to routers, switches, and security appliances from Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Palo Alto.
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • CCNP or JNCIP certification.
  • Experience with IoT networking environments.
  • Knowledge of AS1100 and ISO9000 standards.
  • Familiarity with ACA, ITU-T, and CCITT telecommunications guidelines.

Salary:

  • $140,000 per annum
