Job summary

Logical Resources is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Melbourne to design, implement and optimize enterprise networking solutions with a focus on Aruba, Juniper and ClearPass. You will lead architectural efforts, drive presales support through deployment, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep expertise in Aruba CX, Wireless, Central and ClearPass, plus strong Juniper experience. Hybrid work and travel to client sites across Melbourne are involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of network engineering, architecture and deployment experience.
• Expertise with Aruba CX, Wireless, Central and ClearPass.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise network refresh, migrations and greenfield deployments.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects independently and mentor junior engineers.

An established technology services provider is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to join its growing infrastructure and network practice. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role suited to a networking specialist with 10+ years’ experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise‑scale network environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of complex networking solutions, with a strong focus on Aruba, Juniper, and ClearPass technologies. You will work across a diverse customer base, providing technical expertise throughout the full project lifecycle from solution design and presales support through to deployment, migration, and ongoing optimisation.

Required Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in network engineering, architecture, and deployment roles.
• Deep expertise across Aruba networking technologies, including Aruba CX, Wireless, Central and ClearPass.
• Strong experience designing and deploying Juniper networking solutions.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise network refresh, migration and greenfield deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of network security, authentication, segmentation, routing and switching principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management and customer‑facing consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading technical delivery across multiple projects.

Desirable Certifications

• Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX)
• Juniper Networks Certified Professional/Expert (JNCIP/JNCIE)
• Relevant vendor certifications across networking and security technologies
