Role Purpose

As a Senior Network and Security Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network and security systems. You will leverage your expertise to deliver tailored solutions, address complex technical challenges, and ensure the optimal performance and security of customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network and security issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer environments and recommend innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise for solution scoping and design.
• Mentor junior staff and support the development of technical capabilities across the team.
• Provide on-call services as required, ensuring rapid response to critical incidents.
• Plan and execute network and security changes in line with ITIL frameworks and customer requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and maintain relevant certifications.

Required Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Fortinet, Sophos, and Checkpoint security systems.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Expertise in F5 load balancers and application delivery controllers.
• Familiarity with Aruba and HP ProCurve technologies for wireless and wired networks.
• Strong knowledge of network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization tools.
