Job summary

Alliance Care Technologies in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker for a flexible, mobile role supporting participants across multiple clients and suburbs. Travel between sites is a key part of the role, with shifts available across morning, afternoon and sleepover slots.

You will provide personal care, medication support, and tailored care plans, while building rapport and ensuring safety and continuity of care for diverse participants.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker in disability and/or aged care.
• Certificate IV in Disability or Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current National Police Check.
• Manual handling competency current (within 12 months).
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Fully vaccinated as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, grooming and daily living assistance.
• Support medication management and supervision per care plans.
• Deliver tailored, participant-specific care.
• Provide social support and promote independence and wellbeing.
• Work flexibly across clients, teams and suburbs.
• Adapt quickly to new environments while maintaining quality.
• Communicate with participants, families and care team to ensure safety.
