Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering personalized fitness at homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor trainers, drive results, and shape fitness in your community.

You’ll conduct assessments, design sessions, and monitor client outcomes while supporting sales and growth initiatives. A leadership-focused, performance-driven professional will thrive.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
