Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive major capital projects from concept to execution within Australia and PNG. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage contractors, and ensure safety, schedule and budget compliance across brownfield and development works.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Geosciences or related discipline; PM qualifications desirable.
• 10+ years’ experience in mining, resources, processing or other complex project settings, delivering major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Formally initiate every project with a Project Charter and risk-based executable plan.
• Manage engineering/design consultants and control time/cost; uphold project processes.
• Ensure designs meet Safety-in-Design and Pre-Construction Hazard Review requirements.
