Aeris Resources is seeking a Senior Metallurgist at Cracow Gold Operations in Central Queensland. You will lead processing optimization, maximise recovery and throughput, and partner with the Processing Superintendent to improve safety, efficiency and cost performance.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary metallurgical degree, 7+ years in metalliferous processing, supervisory experience and strong data analytics to support informed business decisions. FIFO/DIDO and residential options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Extractive Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in metalliferous processing.
• Supervisory experience in technical/operational environments.
• Experience developing, analysing and presenting reports for planning and decision making.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Advanced computer literacy in spreadsheets, data tools, databases and reporting.
• Experience delivering projects using stage-gate/lean/six sigma or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Valid C class driver's license.
