Job summary

FocusOne Health seeks an Advanced Practitioner to establish and lead a Mental Health Multidisciplinary Team in Berri, SA. The role combines senior clinical authority with multidisciplinary leadership, workforce development, governance and service design, while maintaining a small caseload of the most complex cases.

You will influence clinical practice, build workforce capability and drive continuous improvement within the MHMDT model across regional South Australia.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practitioner classification is required.
• Senior clinical authority within MHMDT with leadership focus.
