The Melbourne Clinic, part of Healthscope, seeks a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join the Day Program Therapy Team as Associate Manager. You will provide advanced clinical leadership, oversee discharge planning, and champion safe transitions from inpatient to outpatient and community settings.

You will collaborate with Day Program clinicians, families, and external providers to coordinate care, promote Day Program and Outreach referrals, and strengthen connections across services to support

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Division 1 registration in relevant Allied Health field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with advanced clinical mental health skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care.

Responsabilités

• Drive and promote discharge processes from inpatient to outpatient services.
• Provide clinical leadership to Day Program clinicians and Managers.
• Support facilitators during group therapy sessions and lead when needed.
• Promote Day Program and Outreach referrals to secure appropriate referrals.
• Attend hospital MDT meetings and engage external stakeholders.
• Lead quality projects for accreditation and ensure WHS compliance.
