The role focuses on engaging with doctors and KOLs, driving scientific exchange, and supporting early clinical adoption of Boehringer Ingelheim assets through cross-functional collaboration and data generation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related medical discipline.
• MD/PhD/MBA would be highly regarded.
• Strong Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with launch experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to engage with internal teams and external experts.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen to discuss data with HCPs and KOLs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset to align across functions for a seamless launch.
• Located in Sydney, Australia, with travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Engage with external stakeholders from clinical development onwards to build long-term partnerships.
• Develop territory-specific engagement plans aligned with therapeutic area priorities.
• Communicate scientific data and asset value propositions to stakeholders through omnichannel education.
• Identify gaps in patient journeys and support referral pathways and patient outcomes.
• Support medical education activities, advisory boards, and scientific sessions.
• Gather and share actionable insights with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams.
• Support site and investigator identification, site initiation, and recruitment gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, and Patient Engagement teams to support asset value discussions.
