Job summary

EPHealthcare is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to advance the cardiometabolic portfolio across Western Sydney and beyond. You will lead scientific dialogue with KOLs, clinicians and healthcare professionals, translating complex data into practical medical insights, and shaping medical strategy in a rapidly evolving therapeutic area.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Development and regional teams, travel as required, and contribute to pre-launch and launch activities

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent.
• 2+ years Pharmaceutical MSL experience.
• KOL engagement experience across national/global levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Excellent digital and face‑to‑face communication capability.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑quality scientific exchange with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Support medical strategy execution aligned with governance.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to maximise portfolio value.
• Deliver pre‑launch and launch excellence with training, KOL mapping and site support.
• Develop strategic engagement plans to build advocacy and appropriate therapy use.
• Translate medical insights into actionable recommendations for evidence generation and strategy.
• Maintain compliant, timely documentation including CRM updates.
