Job summary

Agency Iceberg Pty in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Media Account Director to lead a portfolio of client accounts, act as a trusted strategic partner and develop integrated media campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.

You will manage day-to-day campaigns, mentor a small team of three, support new business growth, and present data-led insights with on-time, on-budget briefs while strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in a media (buying or planning) related role
• Proven experience meeting client expectations & relationships
• Experience mentoring and leading a small team is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of client accounts and act as a trusted strategic partner
• Oversee and develop strategy for clients to achieve business goals
• Manage day-to-day campaign management and reporting
• Be a thought leader across integrated media channels (on and offline)
• Mentor and manage a small team of three, providing direction and support
• Grow new business with new and organic clients
• Develop integrated, data-led media solutions
• Ensure briefs are on time, on brief, and on budget
• Provide recommendations to clients and develop paid/owned/earned briefs
• Develop annual client plans, activity and strategy and client reports
