Job summary

SRG Global Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer to deliver specialist consulting services across Fitness-for-Service assessments, brownfield modifications and piping stress analysis for operating pressure equipment and related assets.

The role requires leading assessments, interpreting inspection data and providing practical, risk-based solutions for ageing and brownfield assets across oil, gas, mining and power sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Chartered Engineer status (RPEQ preferred).
• 7+ years' experience in pressure equipment mechanical integrity management and brownfield design.
• Experience with API 579 FFS assessments and finite element analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fitness-for-Service assessments per API 579 and BS 7910 (L1-L3).
• Assess damage, remaining life, operability and risk for pressure equipment, piping and tanks.
• Analyse inspection data to support life assessments and repair recommendations.
• Develop brownfield design solutions for plant modifications and integrity improvements.
• Perform piping stress analysis to assess flexibility, loads and vibration.
• Support ASME PCC-2 repair strategies and PCC-1 bolted joint integrity.
• Conduct RBI, NDT planning and integrity management activities.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and client deliverables.
