Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required with 7+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in mechanical design of data-center equipment.
• Experience with ECO, BOM and Deviation processes.
• Proficiency with Creo (PTC Creo) and Creo Simulate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of next module and chassis.
• Create drawings and 3D models for prototyping and manufacturing.
• Manage BOM and change processes using Agile PLM.
• Coordinate cross-functional design reviews.
• Support thermal simulations and PCB/ECAD collaboration.
• Work with suppliers and CM to address DFM concerns and labs testing.
