• 4+ years in digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience managing paid search/display on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven optimisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance marketing activities, guide strategy, monitor budgets, review campaigns and agency work.
• Lead campaign ideation and content planning with clear direction and approvals.
• Mentor and support the marketing team across design, content, video, SEO and external partners.
• Plan annual campaign calendars, digital promotions and eDM schedules; conduct market/competitor research.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to optimise website, UX and campaigns; report KPI/ROI to leadership.
• Maintain strong brand reputation and consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales, product and operations to deliver integrated campaigns and align marketing with business goals.
