Job summary

BOQ Group in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the execution and optimisation of customer communications across email, SMS, push, and other channels. You will drive personalised, data-driven campaigns and ensure marketing tech runs effectively.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, Technology, Risk and Operations to improve journeys, test strategies, and continuously lift business outcomes while maintaining data integrity and platform performance.
