Job description

You’re a leader who takes ownership and actively creates positive change.

You’re ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation.

In this role, you'll:

Oversee project allocation and prioritisation, establishing governance across the program portfolio and guiding stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to define program/project scope and requirements.

Lead a team of four (4) to drive business outcomes and contribute to the development of the Centre of Excellence (COE) fostering collaboration to enhance project capability. You will also provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and project professionals, promoting continuous learning.

Direct project governance, methodology and assurance and ensure program outcomes are delivered, in alignment with established process frameworks, project delegations and set portfolio standards.

Guide portfolio teams in driving cross‑functional collaboration to support successful project delivery.

About you

A seasoned and dynamic Transformation Program leader you’re recognised for your expertise in providing strategic oversight and direction across complex programs/projects, while navigating organisational change and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale change management, process improvement, and strategic planning and execution within a complex and constrained environment.
  • Sound understanding of key project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management and project management expertise.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field, or demonstrated, equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Prosci, or Six Sigma.
