Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Brisbane to lead technology strategy and transformation engagements, shaping operating models and enterprise architectures for Industrials & Energy clients. You will guide large-scale programs from strategy to execution, advising senior stakeholders and driving technology-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technology consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, transformation or related advisory services for clients in the Industrials & Energy sector.
• Demonstrated industry knowledge in Mining, Utilities, Energy and mobility industries.
• Demonstrated understanding of the impact of AI on the Mining, Utilities, Energy and mobility industries.
• Strong knowledge of technology strategy, operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation and technology governance.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical technology solutions and executable transformation roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation engagements from strategy development through to execution.

The opportunity:

As an Industrials & Energy Senior Manager within EY’s Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, you will help clients navigate complex business and technology challenges by shaping and delivering large-scale transformation programs. Working closely with C-suite and senior executives, you will lead engagements across technology strategy, operating model design, enterprise architecture, digital transformation and technology-enabled business change.

This role is based in Brisbane.

Your Key Responsabilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation engagements from strategy development through to execution.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on technology operating models, transformation roadmaps and strategic technology investments.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the Industrials & Energy sector to design and deliver business and technology transformation initiatives that drive growth, innovation and operational efficiency.

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrated experience in technology consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, transformation or related advisory services for clients in the Industrials & Energy sector.
• Demonstrated industry knowledge in one or more of the Mining, Utilities, Energy and mobility industries.
• Demonstrated understanding of the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Mining, Utilities, Energy and mobility industries.
• Strong knowledge of technology strategy, operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation and technology governance.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical technology solutions and executable transformation roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within consulting, professional services or large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage client relationships and originate new client opportunities.
