Want to work at the intersection of technology, strategy and enterprise decision-making, with the opportunity to influence priorities that matter across Bunnings? As Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you'll work closely with our Chief Information Officer and CIO Leadership Team, helping turn strategy across Technology, Data & AI and Cyber into clear priorities, roadmaps and action. This is a role with genuine breadth. You'll move between big-picture thinking and practical delivery, bringing clarity to complex challenges, improving how we work and helping senior leaders make informed decisions.
You will;
You're comfortable operating where the answer isn't always obvious. You can take a complicated problem, quickly work out what matters and create a clear way forward. You'll enjoy bringing people together and building momentum across different priorities without needing direct authority. Just as importantly, you'll know when to challenge thinking, when to listen and how to turn diverse perspectives into practical outcomes. This team works across some of Bunnings' biggest technology and business priorities, so you'll be someone who combines strategic thinking with sound commercial judgement and strong follow-through. You'll also be trusted with sensitive information and senior-level conversations, making discretion and judgement important.
