A major transportation hub in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager - Reward, HR Technology and Insights. This strategic leadership role involves driving organisational success through effective management of remuneration frameworks, HR systems optimization, and insightful analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in HR Management or Data Science along with extensive leadership experience in complex environments. Perth Airport is Australia’s Western Hub connecting people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world.
