A leading leisure company is seeking a Senior Manager Property Operations to provide strategic leadership for engineering maintenance at their facilities in Perth. The role requires 7+ years of experience in facilities or property operations, with a strong focus on managing teams and improving operational efficiency. As the Senior Manager Property Operations, you will provide strategic leadership for all engineering maintenance operations across Crown Perth—including the Casino, three hotels, and multiple food and beverage outlets. Your focus will be on managing reactive maintenance, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining the highest standards of property presentation.
This is a full‑time role based in Perth, reporting to the General Manager Engineering and Facilities Management. You will manage a team including Shift Supervisors, Facilities Coordinators and various trades and contractors.
