About the Role

As our Senior Manager Information Systems, you’ll be at the driving force behind Cire’s digital evolution. You’ll lead a talented ICT team, strengthen our cyber resilience, and deliver innovative technology solutions that empower the entire organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Champion a standout internal service culture, ensuring the ICT function is responsive, reliable, and is always customer focussed.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate ICT team.
  • Shape and execute a forward-thinking ICT strategy that accelerates Cire’s growth.
  • Build and embed strong cybersecurity governance and uplift cyber awareness across Cire.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for major ICT and cybersecurity initiatives - from vision and planning to execution and optimisation.
  • Evaluate, introduce and integrate emerging technologies that enhance productivity, security, and service delivery.
  • Oversee enterprise infrastructure, systems, operations, and vendor partnerships.
  • Foster innovation and a culture where technology empowers people to do their best work.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker, a confident communicator, and a hands-on emerging leader who thrives on solving complex problems and lifting capability. You’re driven by curiosity, challenge, and lifting capability across teams.

You bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in ICT Management or similar, or equivalent senior experience.
  • Successful experience in organisational change, system improvement, and team leadership.
  • Proven deep experience across ICT strategy, cybersecurity management, and digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex ICT and cyber-related projects using recognised project methodologies.
  • Demonstrated exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive-level influence.
  • Experience working within an education as well as corporate environment.
  • A positive, community-minded approach aligned with Cire’s values: Quality, Inclusion, Innovation, Integrity, Sustainability.
  • A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence and willingness to complete required checks (WWCC, Police Check, Right to Work).
