About the role
As the Senior Manager, Incidents and Breaches at Australian Retirement Trust, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the end-to-end management of incident and breach reporting across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager, Compliance and Regulatory, you’ll provide expert advice and analysis to senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with complex legislative obligations. This role is pivotal in driving a strong risk culture, embedding best practice frameworks, and influencing strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You’ll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with key internal and external partners, and champion continuous improvement in risk and compliance processes.
