Roc Consulting in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Manager for a well established accounting firm in the Inner Northern Suburbs. The role focuses on client relationship management, mentoring a team, and leading tax compliance and advisory projects.

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years in Australian Public Practice, capable of handling complex clients, and driving new business development. Includes one day WFH after settling in and a genuine pathway to equity.

FIRM

This represents a rare opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm has been in operation for many years and led by two down to earth Partners.

POSITION

Due to strong growth and the need to cater for succession planning, the position of Senior Manager has been created.

The role will involve:

• Client relationship management
• Manage and mentor a motivated team
• Tax compliance and advisory projects

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Experience working with complex clients
• Previous experience managing staff and outstanding leadership skills
• Previous experience with new business development or a genuine passion to go out and win new work
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• A humble and down to earth personality.
