A government transport authority in New South Wales is seeking a senior change manager to lead delivery of large-scale transformation programs. These are full‑time Ongoing (Perm) Transport Senior Service Manager TSSM level roles, reporting to the Director Enterprise Change Management and offering to diversify your expertise. These roles require to be based in the Sydney region with office located at Macquarie Park.

The Enterprise Change Management team is structured around two key functional areas:
This area drives transformation by developing and implementing change strategies, leading communications, engaging stakeholders, and building leadership capability. The team ensures successful delivery of change initiatives and supports business readiness through coaching and best practice approaches.
This area provides advisory services and governance, including early‑stage scoping and portfolio‑level reporting. It manages a Centre of Excellence for change management, maintains resources and frameworks, and leads the Change Management Community of Practice to uplift capability and promote innovation across the organisation.
