About the role

As the Senior Manager Education Contract Management, you will lead a team of Contract Managers responsible for maximising the performance and value of TAFE NSW's education contract portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will foster strong contract partnerships, identify opportunities to support strategic growth, and ensure contractual obligations are met. You will provide leadership across contract governance, performance monitoring, risk management and reporting, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

About you

You are a proven people leader with significant experience in contract management within a complex organisational environment. You bring the ability to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, while balancing customer outcomes, compliance requirements and organisational objectives. A strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical skills, you are comfortable managing risk, interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Most importantly, you have a track record of leading high-performing teams, developing capability in others and delivering results through collaboration, accountability and sound judgement.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Extensive experience managing the implementation, administration and performance of complex, high-value contracts in a large service delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of VET regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to education and training contract delivery.
• Extensive experience leading managers and operational teams to achieve high performance.
