Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Deals CVA Senior Manager to lead robust valuations and financial models on complex transactions across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and corporate Australia. You’ll translate numbers into advisory insights that support critical decisions.

Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, you’ll manage engagements end-to-end, challenge assumptions, mentor teams, and partner with clients to deliver defensible outcomes and commercial value in high-stakes deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in core business valuations across diverse industries.
• Deal value assessment and cost of capital analysis.
• Strong market research, data analysis, and financial modelling.
• Ability to explain complex conclusions to CFOs and boards.
• Integrity and collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex valuation engagements across businesses, equity interests and financial instruments.
• Own and challenge financial reporting and tax valuations.
• Advise on capital structure optimization and deal pricing.
• Identify value drivers and support critical investment decisions.
• Lead end-to-end engagements with strong client relationships.
• Coach and develop teams and contribute to growth.
