This pivotal role is accountable for translating project plans into physical outcomes, owning floor‑level production, supporting teams and WBS reporting.

You

will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership to a high‑performing contracts team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
  • Developing and managing complex, high‑risk contracts and procurement documentation with precision and accountability.
  • You will ensure procurement and contract management outcomes are consistently aligned with broader organisational objectives.
  • Identifies and interprets trends in contractual and industry data to support informed, strategic decision‑making.
  • Applies innovative thinking and advanced problem‑solving to address complex procurement and contracting challenges.
  • Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of contract management frameworks and initiatives.
BE part of the solution
  • Possess a relevant tertiary qualification; CIPS accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams, with expertise in managing high‑risk contract development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience, complimented by effective communication across all organisational levels.
  • Advanced research, analytical, and conceptual capabilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for solving complex problems.
  • In‑depth understanding of industry contract policies, emerging issues, and strategic directions.
