Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to lead world-class manufacturing processes that deliver cost-efficient, high-functionality products. The role manages a Sydney-based team and supports a remote site in Barcelona, with a matrixed reporting line to the VP, AME.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/industrial engineering background, 6+ years in engineering with supervisory experience, and a strong track record in Lean, operational excellence, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, production engineering or equivalent.
6+ years in engineering with recent supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team.
Establish metrics to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
Collaborate with manufacturing operations, design and development to align with strategy.
Drive continuous improvement and automation in manufacturing processes.
Support NPI projects from scope to on-time delivery and budget.
Coordinate plant maintenance programs and safety initiatives.
Provide remote engineering support to Barcelona site as needed.
