Job summary

Covalent Lithium is seeking a Manager Maintenance and Reliability for Mt Holland in Western Australia. You will lead maintenance delivery, planning and reliability teams to maximise plant uptime and safety, developing asset management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This permanent, full-time role operates on a 4/3 roster, ex FIFO from Perth, and offers a competitive package and growth opportunities within a fast-expanding lithium operation spanning mine to refinery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Fixed Plant maintenance and mineral processing, including senior leadership
• Experience in developing and implementing a maintenance framework and strategy based on reliability centred maintenance and preventative maintenance principles
• Knowledge of life cycle cost (LCC) and capital expenditure management, and project management

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability teams to maximise plant uptime and performance
• Develop and implement asset management policy and strategy
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities
• Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement
