Qualifications
- 10+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability strategies for a modern solar manufacturing facility.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and downtime reduction.
- Develop safe work practices and WHS documentation; ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage capital and operational expenditure for equipment upgrades and improvements.
- Lead a high-performing maintenance team and coach staff as needed.
