Moray & Agnew is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our leading Life Insurance practice. The role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia, working with a team that represents major Australian life insurers across all states and territories.

You will take instructions, provide initial advice, draft pleadings, liaise with clients and insurers, negotiate outcomes, review policy terms, and manage all stages of the litigation process.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 5 years' PAE in life insurance litigation.
• Experience acting for defendants in life insurance disputes is essential.

• Take instructions from Partners and clients, provide initial advice, and draft pleadings.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and other lawyers; negotiate outcomes; review policy language and attend all stages of litigation.
