• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years post-admission experience.
• Unrestricted practising certificate with the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia.
• Strong technical legal expertise with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice on projects, transactions and governance matters.
• Draft and review commercial agreements and support business initiatives.
• Lead negotiations and manage external counsel where required.
