Job summary

Charles Darwin University invites applications for a full-time continuing position at HE Academic Level C in psychology. The role focuses on building teaching and research in the Master of Psychology (Clinical) program and developing new courses while providing supervision and teaching across on-campus and flexible modes.

The successful candidate will contribute to postgraduate training quality, lead scholarship initiatives, and represent the university in forums.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification in psychology with relevant clinical experience
• AHPRA registration and endorsement as Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Neuropsychologist
• Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor
• Experience in neurocognitive assessment and therapy across lifespan
• High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Willingness to embrace practice in rural and remote areas

Responsibilities

• Build teaching and research profile of Master of Psychology (Clinical)
• Contribute to quality improvements in postgraduate training
• Develop new and innovative courses
