About the role

Operating within Peter Faber Business School, the Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Economics provides academic leadership and disciplinary expertise to support the growth, quality, and ongoing enhancement of Economics teaching, curriculum, research, and industry engagement within the Peter Faber Business School. The role contributes to the development and enhancement of the School's Economics curriculum, supporting the delivery of high-quality Economics subjects and programs, and advancing strategic priorities through curriculum innovation, program development, and the delivery of high-quality learning experiences across undergraduate and postgraduate offerings. The School particularly welcomes expertise in health economics, given ACU's strength in health.

What we offer

Total remuneration valued to $178,482 - $193,772 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $151,018 - $164,087 (pro rata) pa (Senior Lecturer

• Academic Level

C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading or total remuneration valued to $202,272 - $222,654 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $171,352 - $188,772 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level D), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. The level of appointment will be determined based on the level of experience, skills and capability of the successful candidate.

• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
