A leading professional services firm in Australia seeks experienced Senior Learning Designers in Perth. This role involves creating high-quality and engaging learning experiences, coaching team members, and collaborating within a dynamic environment. Candidates should have extensive experience in learning design, strong stakeholder management skills, and a keen attention to detail. The position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within the WA public sector, emphasizing collaboration and quality improvement efforts.
KPMG has been appointed as the learning services partner to The Skills Academy - an exciting and innovative approach to skills development for the WA public sector workforce. This one sector approach to learning will deliver a comprehensive suite of courses via a new intuitive and modern technology platform to more than 35000 staff across 56 participating agencies.
Developed in partnership with more than 150 subject matter experts from across the WA public sector 120 courses will be designed specifically for the WA public sector context. Courses will cover a wide range of skills and foundational knowledge required of a modern public sector workforce. We are looking for dynamic creative and skilled learning designers to join our team in Perth and be part of this new initiative.
KPMGs Learning Workstream is seeking experienced Senior Learning Designers to create high‑quality engaging learning experiences that are aligned to agreed design principles. This role involves designing impactful learning experiences leveraging storytelling techniques, learning science and integrating social and collaborative tools to ensure learners acquire the necessary knowledge and skills throughout their learning journey.
This role involves coaching Learning Designers on the design of impactful learning experiences and will work closely with the Team (Pod) Leads, Design Quality Lead and Project Manager. Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract.
Senior Learning Designers will work on a variety of learning high‑level program and detailed asset designs for identified courses across different types of learning journeys. The role includes the following responsibilities:
