DiMention Recruitment is representing senior lawyers with a proven client following in Brisbane across Employment, Property, Commercial, Wills & Estates, and Commercial Litigation. Firms seek practitioners able to grow offerings and provide strategic leadership within a supportive environment.

You are an established practitioner with 10+ years’ post-qualification experience, able to attract and retain clients and mentor junior lawyers while guiding complex matters to favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification legal experience (typically 10+ years) in a reputable law firm.
• An established practice or client following with demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships strategically and deliver high-quality legal services.
• Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
