Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking a senior developer to lead design and development of bespoke software applications across multiple platforms. You will engage stakeholders, mentor juniors, and produce clear technical documentation while shaping architectural decisions.

Key duties include developing with Java and Oracle tech, building UI with ReactJS, and implementing SOAP/REST services, RBAC, and SOA/EDM patterns.

Qualifications

• At least five years of development experience with Java and Oracle technologies.
• Experience delivering software with JavaScript.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and document designs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain export certification systems for consistent user experience across platforms.
• Architect software using service-oriented and event-driven approaches.
• Develop enterprise-grade software with Java and Oracle technologies.
• Build web UI using ReactJS, CSS and HTML.
• Model data and implement with Oracle Database.
• Implement CRUD via Java ORM frameworks.
• Create detailed design artefacts and technical specs.
• Develop SOAP and REST services for internal integrations and government interfaces.
• Implement and maintain authentication and RBAC.
