Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on Temporal workflow orchestration to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. You will work across backend services, frontend apps, databases, APIs, and distributed workflow systems in a cloud‑ready environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software development experience, strong Java 8+ and Spring Boot skills, and extensive Temporal expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in full‑stack enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, with Java 17+ preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Temporal, including workflow and activity development.
• Worker configuration and task queues; retries and timeouts; signals and child workflows.
• Experience with React frontend; REST APIs; relational databases and ORM (JPA/Hibernate).
• Knowledge of messaging and event‑streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build, manage, and maintain durable workflows with Temporal.
• Develop responsive web apps using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful and event‑driven APIs.
• Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps across CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
