Job summary

Silverlink Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in building and supporting complex financial trading platforms. The role focuses on designing high-performance Java applications and backend services, with strong emphasis on troubleshooting and optimization.

You will work across the full stack, implementing microservices with Java and Spring Boot, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scalable

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Java application development experience.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, and Maven.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Strong SQL skills and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, and shell scripting.
• Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with complex financial trading systems.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and performance-tune applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Work on complex financial trading platforms for reliability and performance.
• Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform advanced performance tuning.
• Write unit tests and maintain code quality with JUnit and Mockito.
• Query and optimize SQL against PostgreSQL.
• Utilize Maven, Git/GitHub, Docker, Linux, and Python in development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
